Whatsnew V0.53

- please note: I had to remove previously saved games.
- added 4 additional environments (brownstone (mr.? :-)), cave, wood and grass).
- added scrollbar to dialogues, now you can scroll to the first message of the current dialogue if you ever missed something.
- improved the skip of dialogues, but at the end of the dialogue you have to press the space bar or click to exit it (this is because now you can scroll up to read old messages so I can't exit automatically)
- now when you teleport, monsters can no longer attack you.
- modified the window manager, now the windows open in the central zone of the playing area.
- now the parry is a little slower than before.
- now you can also close any window by right clicking on it.
- minor cosmetic changes
